The aggressive employee has also leased a car, but he decides that he won’t be participating in the project, as it goes against his morals, and he’s firmly opposed to unnecessary animal cruelty. He storms inside his manager’s office and tells him in a rude tone that he doesn’t want to be involved in the project at all and that if he’s forced, he will quit. His manager agrees not to force him to participate in the project. However, he takes note of his inappropriate behavior and ends up not giving him the raise he was planning to because of excellent performance.
